1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of examlyai.study(“ExamlyAI”, “we”, “us”), a product of Bharat AI Foundry. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. You must agree to these Terms before completing any payment.

2. What ExamlyAI provides

ExamlyAI provides online exam-preparation material — timed practice exams, weekly study guides, concept-practice trainers, and study plans — for professional and entrance certifications. Free samples are available without an account; full course content requires a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions are per-course

One subscription unlocks exactly one course.

• On subscribing to a course (for example, CCA-F), you get access to all exams, practice papers, study guides, concept-practice scenarios, and study plans available for that subscribed course for the duration of your subscription.
• A subscription does not grant access to any other course. Exam papers, study guides, and other content of other courses remain locked.
• If you wish to access the exam papers, study guides, or other material of another course, you must purchase a separate subscription for that course.
• Free samples of other courses remain available to everyone, subscribed or not.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

• Subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed duration: 3 months (₹150), 6 months (₹250), or 12 months (₹400). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised for future purchases at any time.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• Prices shown in other currencies (e.g., “$12”) are approximate display equivalents only; you will be charged in INR, and your bank’s exchange rate and fees may apply.
• There is no auto-renewal. When your subscription ends, you will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.

5. Account creation and provisioning

• To subscribe, you must provide a valid email address (your login ID) and create a password, or sign in with Google. Your account is provisioned only after your payment is successfully received.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are personal and must not be shared; we may suspend accounts showing concurrent shared use.
• You must provide a real, working email address. Disposable or non-existent addresses are rejected.

6. Subscription duration, expiry and renewal

• Your subscription is active from the date of payment until the end of the purchased duration (3, 6, or 12 months).
• On expiry, your access to paid content ends automatically. Your account, progress, and scores are retained, and you become an unsubscribed user.
• You may renew at any time to regain full access to the same course. Renewal is a fresh purchase at the then-current price.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. No refund is provided once paid content has been accessed. If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us within 7 days and we will either activate your access or refund the payment in full.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute course content; share your account or answers publicly; attempt to bypass the paywall, extract answer keys, or interfere with the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property and disclaimer

All content on ExamlyAI is our (or our licensors’) intellectual property, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only. ExamlyAI is independent study material — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any certifying body (including Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, or the Consortium of NLUs). Trademark names are used nominatively to identify the certifications the content helps candidates prepare for.

These study guides, mock test papers, and practice exams are just for preparation and exam-practice purposes. They do not assure you that you will clear or pass any exam.

10. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or restructure content within a course during your subscription; you keep access to the course as it evolves. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription.

11. Privacy

We collect your name, email, and study progress to operate the service, and payment confirmation data from Razorpay. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. We do not sell your personal data. For any data request, contact us at the address below.

12. Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
