ExamlyAI (examlyai.study), a product of Bharat AI Foundry, provides independent exam-preparation and practice material. This disclaimer applies to every exam and course on ExamlyAI — including the National AI Olympiad (NAIO), AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIP-C01), the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), and any other exam we add.
1. No affiliation or endorsement
ExamlyAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or associated in any way — directly or indirectly — with any of the examinations, certifying bodies, organisations, or companies whose exams we help candidates prepare for. This includes, without limitation, the National AI Olympiad (NAIO), TalentSprint, and Accenture, Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), Anthropic PBC, and the Consortium of National Law Universities. None of these organisations has reviewed, approved, endorsed, or is responsible for any content on ExamlyAI.
2. Trademarks belong to their owners
All exam names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We refer to them nominatively — for identification purposes only — so that candidates can find the practice material relevant to the exam they intend to sit. Such references do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

3. Independently created practice material
Our practice papers, questions, study guides, concept drills, and study plans are independently created by ExamlyAI based on our own understanding of the publicly available exam pattern, syllabus, and format of each exam. They are not official materials and are not actual or past exam questions. The real exams may differ in structure, difficulty, weighting, scoring, and content, and may change at any time without notice. Where we describe an exam’s pattern (for example, section splits or mark weightings), that description reflects our interpretation of public information and should be verified against the official source before you rely on it.
4. No guarantee of results
Our material is provided solely for practice, preparation, and educational purposes. Using ExamlyAI does not guarantee — and we make no representation or warranty regarding — any particular score, rank, result, qualification, admission, or success in any actual examination. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Registration for, and the conduct of, any official exam is handled entirely by the relevant exam body on its own platform; you must register and sit the exam through the official channel.
5. NAIO specifically
ExamlyAI’s NAIO practice material is prepared from our understanding of the National AI Olympiad’s published exam pattern and is intended only to help candidates practise. It is not the official NAIO Prep Kit, and buying or using it is not a substitute for official registration on TalentSprint. ExamlyAI has no direct or indirect association with NAIO, and our papers do not guarantee success in the Olympiad.
6. Liability
ExamlyAI and Bharat AI Foundry are not liable for any loss, missed opportunity, or damage arising from reliance on our practice material or from any difference between our material and an actual exam. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected subscription. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.
